Local Shipping (Singapore):

Up to 1kg - Flat fee of $3
Up to 3kg - Flat fee of $5

Free shipping for every order above $70.

International Shipping (up to 2kg) - Flat fee of $10

What to include in the Shipping Policy

Door-to-door delivery within 5-7 business days for local orders and up to 14 business days for international orders.

Refund Policy

For coffee beans & drip bags,
No refunds for these products as they are roasted and packaged by order. Exchange has to be done within 7 days upon receiving goods. Product needs to be in condition that it was received, with packaging remained sealed and undamaged. Exchanged goods cannot be exchanged again, and any variance in prices will require a top up via preferred payment method. 

For coffee equipments, 
Product needs to be in condition that it was received, with packaging remained sealed and undamaged. Refunds will be credited back to account within 14 business days upon receiving refunded goods. Exchange has to be done within 7 days upon receiving goods. Exchanged goods cannot be exchanged again, and any variance in prices will require a top up via preferred payment method.
